How quickly can I get water delivered?
We offer fast turnaround times and do our best to prioritise urgent requests. In many cases, same-day or next-day delivery is possible.
Is your water safe to drink?
Yes. We only deliver potable (drinking quality) water in a certified food-grade tank. It’s safe for household use, livestock, and pools.
Do you service my area?
We regularly deliver to Daylesford, Gordon, Ballan, Blackwood, and surrounding regions. If you’re further out, we can still help – additional travel costs apply, which we’ll quote upfront.
Can your truck access my property?
Our truck is designed to access most rural and residential properties. If you’re unsure, just let us know – we’ll confirm access with you before delivery so there are no surprises.
Do you have the right permits?
Yes – we’re fully certified, council-inspected, and accredited to deliver drinking-quality water. You can trust that what we deliver meets all health and safety standards.
How do you take payment?
We offer Tap & Go payments in the truck, as well as cash and invoicing options. Please note, a 1.6% surcharge applies to Tap & Go transactions.
